About us

I left home to find my path — and came back to share it

Lan Anh's journey from a Hanoi accountant to the heart of the highlands.

Portrait of Lan Anh

Introduction

I'm Lan Anh.

I was born and raised in Ha Giang.

These mountains were my everyday life.

Nothing special. Just… home.

Leaving

Like many others, I left.

I moved to Hanoi to study accounting —

a path that had nothing to do with tourism,

nothing to do with the mountains.

Life there was different.

Faster. Busier. More "normal".

Traveling and discovering new places

Searching

But something inside me always wanted more.

I started traveling.

Seeing new places. Meeting new people.

And then one day, I came back to Ha Giang —

not as a local, but as a traveler.

The Loop

It was my first time doing the Ha Giang Loop.

Back then, everything was still raw.

No crowds. No big tours. No noise.

Just endless mountains, quiet roads,

and a feeling I couldn't really explain.

The Realization

That was the moment I saw my home differently.

Not just a place I grew up in —

but a place that could truly move people.

And I realized something simple:

If I feel this way… others will too.

That's how everything started.

Not from a business idea.

But from a feeling.

How we do it

I began helping travelers experience Ha Giang the way I experienced it that day.

Slow.

No rush. Every road deserves to be felt.

Real.

No fake stops. Only authentic places.

Honest.

No mass tourism. Just genuine experience.

Growing up

Over time, it grew.

More people came.

More stories were shared.

But one thing never changed:

The way we do things.

Because for me, this is not just a job.

This is where I'm from.

This is what I believe in.

And when you ride with us,

you're not just joining a tour.

You're seeing Ha Giang

through the eyes of someone who truly loves it.

I didn't plan to work in tourism.

But somehow, it led me back to where I belong.
